Expect to experience the delightfully unexpected!

This transformational healing women's retreat begins with guided travel to beautiful sacred places, the celebration of Sivaratri – the night of Siva–and meaningful with local Malayalee women in the spirit of oneness. You’ll learn how to do a wonderful Ayurvedic head massage and how to prepare tasty and healing Ayurvedic drinking waters, snacks and treats! Then you'll enjoy personal Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment plan for nine days of traditional therapies, per your needs. (Complete Pancha Karma can require more than 9 days, depending on the condition of the patient. Trip participants may elect to extend their residential treatment until February 26th at a discounted rate.)

This unique women's retreat will give you the opportunities for both quiet time with yourself, and enjoyable connection with Rasa Ayurveda’s nurturing staff and with your “trip mates” while enjoying a broad introduction to basic Ayurvedic concepts, traditional healing practices and spiritual knowledge and experiences.

Trip Fee:
Single Occupancy (single room with bath) $2,450
Double Occupancy (shared room with bath) $2,225
Fee includes airport pickup and drop-off, accommodations.
All participants stay in double occupancy accommodations when the group travels away from Rasa Ayurveda.

Your registration is accepted with a completed registration application and a 50% deposit.
