Reservations
Your spot in the programme you're selecting will be secured once you:
1) complete and return a registration application by fax or email,
and
2) send a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Deposits
Deposits may be made by check or with your credit or debit card thru
PayPal. Your balance due is payable in cash, traveler's cheques or personal check 10 days before arrival at Rasa
Ayurveda. Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable. We highly recommend travel insurance for all participants.

Is a Payment Plan available?
Yes. If you request a payment plan, we will hold your registration with a 30% deposit
and pro-rated, post-dated checks that will complete trip fee payment by the start of the trip.
Example: On May 1st, Mary wants to register for a trip that begins on October 15th. The trip fee is $2950.
Mary doesn't quite have the 50% available, but she'd prefer to avoid using a credit card.
She can mail one check dated May 1st for 30% of the trip fee ($885), along with checks post-dated
for monthly deposit. By the time the trip begins, Mary's balance will be paid.
