Join a small group to experience, learn and live Ayurveda in Kerala.
With a maximum group size of 10, our unique programmes verge far from the beaten path of tourism. Instead, we offer true immersion in the natural environment and traditional life ways of Kerala, home of Ayurveda. Each trip blends personal Ayurvedic therapies with an intimate exploration of local culture, spiritual tradition, medicinal Ayurvedic plants, therapies and medicines and the healing cuisine of Kerala, South India.
Some trips offer women guided retreat and instruction in Ayurvedic self-care. Others offer opportunities to study clinically, practice hands-on traditional medicine-making, or participate in events to benefit the local community of Malayalee women. All of our programmes give you the chance to experience the joy and healing power of receiving Ayurvedic therapies.
Every trip is guaranteed to transform your relationship to healing, to the world and to yourself thru traditional Ayurveda. |
