Join us for two weeks of learning and experiencing Ayurveda in its birthplace.
We'll discover how to best care for ourselves thru Ayurvedic wisdom, we'll meet and study the healing plants of Kerala, prepare traditional medicinal oils, travel to sacred places and connect with local Malayalee women in the spirit of oneness. This transformational retreat includes a personal Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatment plan and 10 days of traditional therapies. (Participants may extend their stay for longer residential treatment.)

In Ayurveda, food is medicine! And cooking in Kerala is quite a lot of fun, as many dishes are made truly "by hand," beginning with cracking the coconut... (Our coconuts, by the way, are harvested from Rasa Ayurveda's very own back yard...!)
This healing women's retreat offers an introductory lecture, hands-on learning and a little travel/exploration of Ayurvedic and Kerala-cuisine food sources and preparation. We'll have a chance to make kitchen medicines, as well as travel to sacred places and connect with local Malayalee women in the spirit of oneness.
This transformational retreat includes a personal Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatment plan and 7 days of traditional therapies. (Participants may extend their stay for longer residential treatment.)
